Medium bodied and excellently balanced. There aren't too many winemakers that know and care more about the Aligoté grape than Sylvain. He is one of the 5 founding members of the Aligoteurs association that is dedicated to championing Burgundy's secondary white variety. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Sylvain Pataille is an expert Burgundian winemaker who independently consults for over 20 other producers in the region but also uses biodynamic practices to farm his own 17 hectares in and around the Marsannay appellation.
