Vegan friendly wine 

Winemaking: Organic Blaufrankisch and Welschriesling grapes were harvested by hand. A combination of de-stemmed fruit and whole bunches were fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged on the lees in old oak barrels for 8 months. Bottled with no fining, filtration and a tiny amount of added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine made with a blend of both red and white grapes.Light in body but with a great depth of fruit, this is a complex and classy wine that you can drink slightly chilled. Summer berries with floral touches and a hint of smokey, volcanic influence. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Bott Frigyes cultivates indigenous grape varieties in Slovakia near the Garam river. His cuvées are clean, precise and always show a real purity of fruit.
