Winemaking: Organic Cabernet Franc grapes harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in concrete tanks for 9 months No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Still red wine with a light to medium body red. Lively, fruit character with a hint of spritz. Blackcurrant, spice and a touch of earthiness. Unbeatable value. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Alfonso Soranzo farms just under 5 hectares of organic vineyards in northeastern Italy. Just like his family before him, he produces honest and rustic wines from these volcanic soils in the Colli Euganei.
