This is a delicate but deep expression of the Carignan grape with balanced, fresh acidity. Dark fruit flavours with uplifting spice. He grew up in Northern France but moved to this area after meeting natural winemaking legends such as Thierry Puzelat (Clos du Tue-Boeuf) and Eric Pfiffering (L'Anglore) who encouraged him to start his own path in the viticulture world.
