Brilliant Jura Chardonnay made in the topped up (ouillé) style, so not oxidative but you still get some subtle darker notes alongside bright citrus, striking minerals and high acidity. He then made the short jump to the Jura where he managed to get his hands on an old plot of Ploussard grapes and never looked back.
