Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested in mid-October when sugar was highly concentrated. Very long fermentation with indigenous yeast before filtering. Minimal sulphur added. Aged in stainless steel. 

This Wine: Vincent has switched up the label for the 2021 vintage of his amazing value sweet wine. Expect a honey and mineral character. Perfect with fruit-based desserts or rich savoury food. Great value.
