Aged for 3 years under a veil of flor in old barrels that were not topped up before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Natural white wine with a full body. This is a special cuvée that Renaud has only made a couple of times previously.  The time under flor takes us to an astonishing level of complexity. Preserved lemon, spice and saline notes are complimented by some dark, umami flavours. Just about everything going on.
