Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand and underwent direct press before fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel tanks. Second fermentation in the bottle (traditional (Champagne) sparkling winemaking technique). Aged on the lees for 18 months. Small amount of sulphur used. 

This Wine: Traditional method sparkling wine (Champagne style) that offers brilliant value for money. A pleasant balance of citrus and orchard fruit alongside bready, biscuity notes. Great as an aperitif or with food.
