No filtration, fining or added sulphur.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Natural red wine with a light to medium body and high acid. Still, with no fizz, despite the crown cap. A deep and dark colour in the glass, this wine shows delicate, perfumed notes alongside a more savoury and spicy character. A wild and unique expression of this rare grape variety. Best served with food.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAlberto Buratti farms just over 3 hectares of vines in the Colli Euganei region of Veneto. He grew up around these vineyards when his Grandfather worked them but it wasn't until 2019 that he took the plunge to take over full time.
