Such an intriguing expression of Gamay with dark fruits, earthy tones, a hint of oak and perfectly balanced acidity. The wine twists and turns as you move through the bottle unveiling further layers of complexity along the way. Drinking very well now but will get even better in the cellar. He worked with the likes of Jean-Pierre Robinot before he started making his own wine in 2009 after picking up old parcels of Pineau d'Aunis, Chenin Blanc and Gamay.
