Aged in tank fin a combination of old barrels and fibreglass tanks.  Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Natural red wine with a medium body. Once again Pauline manages to create a unique and intriguing wine that expresses both a delicate nature as well as a deep and concentrated side. There is a special quality to the fruit on display here with tropical aromatics complimenting blueberries and violets. Never had anything quite like it!
