No filtration, fining or added sulphur.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Natural sparkling skin contact wine that shows an amber colour in the glass. Easy going and light in alcohol but still offers a lovely concentration of lemon, herbs and minerals. Best served as an aperitif or as a palate cleanser after dinner.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Belloca is the winemaking project of \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eAlessandro Milan \u0026amp; Francesca Carrettoni who farms in the eastern part of the Veneto. The couple met whilst working together in another vineyard in the region before deciding to plat their own vines in 2021.
