This caused a short fermentation with the fizz trapped inside the bottle.  No filtration, fining or added sulphur.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Natural sparkling white wine with a lovely concentration and depth of fruit despite only being 11.5% alcohol. Herbal, floral and honeyed with a beautiful texture. So much character for a wine at this price. Enjoy as an aperitif. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Davide Spillare farms 3 hectares of vines planted on volcanic soils in the province of Vicenza. Garganega is the dominant variety in this part of Veneto which Davide used for still and sparkling wines along with some Merlot in his red.
