Would be a great accompaniment to white meat dishes. Diego named this wine after the psychedelic rock song by Iron Butterfly which was the first he learnt to play on the guitar. The label has references to the famous painting \"The Garden of Earthly Delights\" by Hieronymus Bosch. 666 bottles produced!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Diego Losada is very much an outsider in his hometown of Ponferrada in the North of Spain and this was the case even before winemaking. Now he creates wines that stand out amongst the crowd in Bierzo with authentic and true reflections of the region.
