Very much in the same vein as the wines from Vinyes de la Ruca, this is delicate but concentrated with cranberry, pomegranate, herbs and subtle spice. Great balance and energy. Great with or without food. After falling in love with Banyuls and the surrounding Roussillon landscape he got his hands on 2 hectares of vines and began producing his own wines under the name \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eLes Âines Ailés (the winged donkeys!).
