Winemaking: Organic Grolleau grapes were harvested by hand before a very short fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: A light a juicy, natural red wine made in the style of Beaujolais Nouveau (only harvested a few months prior to bottling). Ultimate drinkability, great chilled.

Notes on the Winemaker: The Daviau family have been winemakers in the Anjou region since the 17th century. Christophe now farms biodynamically using ancient winemaking methods and cultivates local grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Grolleau.
