Winemaking: Organic Jacquere grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. No filtration or fining and just a small amount of sulphur added on bottling.

This Wine: As the name "On the way to the aperitif" suggests, this is a playful, easy drinking white wine that does not need to accompany food. Super fresh with a lively burst of minerals as it hits the palate. Very clean with restrained citrus and apple flavours. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Domaine Dupraz is a relatively large (18.5 hectares) wine project in the Apremont department of Savoie. The Dupraz family reclaimed its historic winery after it had been owned by the local co-op for over 50 years. The wines produced here display amazing alpine freshness and very reasonable prices.
