Winemaking: Organic Muscaris grapes were harvested by hand. Direct press and fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in tank and bottled 7 months later with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine made from a rare hybrid grape variety that is a cross between Moscato and Solaris. Therefore you can expect an aromatic nature with flavours of stone fruits and subtle spice. Clean and focussed with a pleasant supply of minerals.

Notes on the Winemaker: Silvia Tezza is a young winemaker in Veneto who studied agricultural science before becoming a winemaker in the hills of Valleta di Mazzane near Verona. She avoids adding anything in the winemaking process.
