Aged on the lees for 9 months before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThis Wine: The rare Muscaris grape variety is a genetic cross between Muscat and Solaris. This wine sits somewhere on the white to orange scale and has a pronounced  aromatic and floral character. Lemon and grapefruit flavours are accompanied by eucalyptus, dried flowers and yep, you guessed it, Oolong tea. The impressive complexity makes this quite a serious wine and a versatile food pairing. They didn't let the lack of a vineyard get in their way and have been able to source high quality fruit from the UK and Italy so far.
