Mainly direct press with a small amount of macerated grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and aged in a combination of concrete vats and ceramic eggs for 10 months. No fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur added.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Natural wine that in previous vintages has more of a skin contact profile whereas for this 2024 vintage drinks more like a white wine (direct press). Clean and mineral with notes of citrus, peach and grape alongside herbal elements. Dry with fresh acidity. Great by itself or with a salty food dish. The wine is named after Davide's daughter.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eDavide Xodo learnt winemaking in Bierzo and Chianti Classico before returning to his homeland in Vicenza to start his own project back in 2018. He works five hectares of vines and produces perfectly balanced wines that are fresh and fruit-forward.
