Red pet nat with strawberry, blueberry and red cherry flavours. Refreshing but has some real depth of funky fruit. Love it! Can be a bit lively on bottling so make sure its cold and you have glasses ready to go.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Notes on the Winemaker: Yann Durrmann lives in the village of Andlau in the Bas-Rhin department of Alsace. His parents decided to become full time winemakers after the previous generation had explored viticulture as a hobby. They managed to acquire amazing plots on the steep slopes of the Vosges mountains that were not in high demand as farmers looked for sites that could be easily accessed with machines. Since 1998, the vineyards have been farmed organically and in 2007, Yann began to take over the running of the domaine and decided that wines should be produced without sulphur additions, something his parents were very open minded about.
