After her earlier collaboration with Offbeat, this is Paris' official debut cuvée! Despite containing just 8.5% alcohol, there is a nice concentration of summer berries and citrus fruit before a mineral finish. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Paris Barghchi has been following her deep passion for natural wine for many years now, working all over the UK with some of the country's best winemakers and also further afield helping out the Likes of Bodega La Senda in Northern Spain. In 2023 she made a Pet Nat in collaboration with Offbeat and in 2026 released her first wine under the 'From Paris' label.
