Bottled with very small amount of sulphur (8mg\/litre)\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Wine: Rich and round Riesling from a single plot of vines grown on limestone soils. A blend of two different vintages brings layers of complexity and a wild edge. A gastronomic wine that will age very well. Particularly great with fish. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Jean-Pierre Rietsch is a natural winemaker in the village of Mittelbergheim, Alsace. His estate has been in the family for seven generations but wasn't used for vine cultivation until the 1970s.
