This non-oxidative (Oiuillé) expression brims with aromatics, citrus fruit and profound minerals. Christine proclaimed this to be her favourite wine from the 2021 vintage when we tasted with her in Arbois in 2025. They worked to achieve organic certification as early as 1988 and now take a hands of approach in the cellar where they produce classic Jura styles alongside more contemporary creations such as skin contact wine and Pet Nat.
