An Umami bomb! Huge ageing potential, obviously.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Philippe Bornard founded his domain in 2005 in the Jura village of Pupillin. The wines he produced became iconic, both for their striking orange fox labels and their wild, expressive character.
