Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand. Short period of skin contact before fermentation with indigenous yeast. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural sparkling orange wine that represents a special cuvée from Marco that is dedicated to his father, Severino. With almost no noticeable fruit on the palate, this is all about minerals, spice and umami. The wonderful texture makes this a wine best enjoyed with food such as fish or chicken. Very small production. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Marco Turco is a young winemaker in Breganze, Veneto. This area is famous for a sweet wine made from the Vespaiola grape but Marco is moving things in a different direction with his skin contact and dry "Vespasi" wine. We are excited to see what he does next.
